Dr. Princess S. Gayles-Jones, DNP, MSN, BSN RN CCHP serves as a CEO/Chief Nursing Officer for Oasis Nursing Agency, LLC. Dr. Gayles-Jones has 16 years of correctional health experience in hospital, jail and prison settings as Regional Nurse Director, Director of Nursing, RN team leader, and staff nurse. Her service in the U.S. Army Black Hawk unit guided her nursing style and fostered the principles of attention to detail, passion, and safe patient care approaches. Dr. Gayles-Jones prides herself on mentoring and turning nursing learners into nursing leaders. She also had the privilege of being a nurse educator at the college level and a private volunteer mentor for others pursuing their terminal degrees in nursing. Dr. Gayles-Jones graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) degree in 2006, graduated Summa Cum Laude from Holy Family University in 2018 with a Masters in Nursing Practice (MSN) and Summa Cum Laude in 2020, with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) with a concentration of nursing leadership and management. She was also inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau, the international honors society of nurses in 2018. Dr. Gayles-Jones exemplified and solidified her passion for specialty healthcare by obtaining her certification as a correctional healthcare provider (CCHP) in 2018. Dr. Gayles-Jones has now gained significant experience by obtaining NCCHC and ACA accreditations for correctional sites during her career.

Princess G. Hoagland, EdD, MBA, has over 30 years of corporate management experience working in the financial, legal, and manufacturing sectors. Dr. Hoagland’s business acumen is the culmination of her education and practical technique applications acquired throughout her business career. She has developed and executed strategies that promoted staff engagement, cooperation, and follow-through and led organizations in strategic planning to ensure desired outcomes. In conjunction with her corporate experience, Dr. Hoagland serves on the boards and committees of several nonprofit organizations focusing on education, socioeconomic development, and historical and political inclusion. Her leadership roles include board president, vice president, public policy and advocacy chair, and fiscal monitor. She works cooperatively to develop fund resources, annual budget proposals, and education programs. Dr. Hoagland holds an Associate of Science degree in General Business from Mercer County Community College, and both a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Rider University. She has a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Leadership from Stockton University.
